I found out there are a lot of vegetarians at our school! So, for two more issues, I’ll do vegetarian or universal recipes! This recipe can be vegetarian or meaty linguini! This is something my mom has made, not my favorite anymore because we eat it often. Frankly, I’d rather eat French fries (winks), but the healthier the butter, erm, I mean, better!
- Wash two zucchini and cut them into thin strips.
- Put them in a microwave-safe container with one cup of marinara sauce for 5 minutes.
- To put meat in it, brown some Italian sausage to mix in it!
This is a very delicious, healthy meal that we make often! It is quick and easy that I can make for dinner when my mom is at work! Also, since it offers properties of protein, a vegetable, and a carbohydrate, that is the only thing you have to make for dinner!
